Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, NexThread is not liable for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delivery delays

Customers must contact the courier directly to resolve such issues.

Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is considered complete once the tracking status shows "delivered."
NexThread is not responsible for packages after delivery confirmation.
